School Bus Fee Structure and Terms & Conditions

I. School Bus Fee Structure:

1. Monthly Fee:

- The monthly fee for the school bus service is INR 1950/- (One thousand nine hundred and fifty only), payable on or before the 10th of each month. Students must collect Bus cards from the school office by paying the monthly fee. Without a bus card, students will not be allowed to travel by Bus.  2. Late Payment:

- A late payment fee of INR 100 will be charged for payments received after the due date.

3. Transportation Fee Inclusions:

- The transportation fee covers pick-up and drop-off services during regular school days.

II. Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

- The school bus service is available to all students within the designated service area. Parents/guardians must confirm eligibility with the school administration.

2. Registration:

- Parents/guardians must complete the bus registration form and submit it to the school office. The registration fee of INR 1950/- (One thousand nine hundred and fifty only) will be adjusted with the last Month’s bus fee.

3. Payment Method:

- All bus fee payments must be made through the school App or by Cash in the School Office.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

- Requests for bus service cancellation must be made in writing at least one month before, and next month's bus fee has to be paid. Refunds will be processed according to the school's refund policy.

5. Change of Address:

- Parents/guardians must promptly inform the school of any changes in their residential address. Changes may affect the bus service availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Code of Conduct:

- Students must adhere to the school's code of conduct while using the bus service. Misbehaviour may result in suspension or termination of bus privileges.

7. Safety Regulations:

- Students must follow all safety regulations and guidelines provided by the bus driver and school authorities.

8. Emergency Contacts:

- Parents/guardians must provide up-to-date emergency contact information to the school in case of unforeseen circumstances during bus transportation.

- The school is not liable for delays or disruptions to the bus service due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances.

III. Agreement Acknowledgment:

I, the undersigned, have read and understood the school bus fee structure and terms and conditions. I agree to comply with the stipulations outlined herein.
